**4. User Responsibilities**
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and verification.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify Bitvanta immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Use Bitvanta's services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
- Not engage in activities that may harm Bitvanta, its users, or the integrity of the platform, including fraud, market manipulation, or money laundering.
**5. Compliance with EU Regulations**
Bitvanta operates in compliance with EU cryptocurrency regulations, including:
- Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).
- Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD6).
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Bitvanta's services.
**6. Account Security**
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Bitvanta is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, except where such access is due to our negligence.
**7. Fees and Charges**
Bitvanta charges fees for its services, which are disclosed on our website and platform. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes in advance.
